121 Together

Welcoming, safe and nurturing

121 Together is offered to young people and their families who have deep seated concerns than cannot be addressed within a group well-being environment. It provides the opportunity to visit challenges that are causing mental/emotional distress. Parents and carers can also access emotional and therapeutic support to enable them to support their child or children who have hidden complex needs.

The amount of one-to-one support is assessed prior to commencement of the service.

This service is a referral service.  Referrals are welcome from 16+ directly, guardian direct, professional services.  Please complete the Referral Form in the first instance and a member of the team will be in contact for a confidential discussion.
